Michele E. Neumann Meadowbrook Pavilion Gilford New Hampshire

I have tickets to see Lady Antebellum on Sunday August 31st. We knew that there was going to be thunderstorms & heavy rain that evening. We were in the parking lot of the pavilion, waiting for the rain to stop. We sat for at least an hour. The rain wasn't stopping, it got heavier actually. So before we left I ased the parking attendant who makes the decision to cancel. He answered the Band. Well, they never cancelled & my girlfriend & I sat in the car thinking we are 60 & 61. We had lawn seats, no coverage. We said we were not staying. They shoud have cancelled. I called the Madowbrook & they would refund or credit my account. I am a loyal customer to the Meadowbrook. I know the insurance policy stipulas they don't cover storms. I'm asking you to reconsider. I paid $150.00 for 2 tickets. Please get back to me! Maybe your Co. could talk to the Meadowbrook & at least get  me a credit on my account. My policy no. is  EUSP2045943945. Thank you! I did use a credit card.
