Buyers and Sellers. Beware of doing any real estate transactions with Michelle Chauvin, a realtor and broker with i Realty Properties.
She is the financial Angel of Death. During the hot real estate market from 2005-2008, Michelle Chauvin took buyers that called on my property in the Seven Hills area of Green Valley in Henderson, Nevada,to where she could get a 6% commission, instead of the 5% commission she had agreed to on a real estate listing with Realty Executives in Henderson, Nevada.
She blew the hot real estate market for me, causing horrible financial damage. She knew my property was appraised at $600,000 free and clear, practiced Chinese Feng Shui in my house, by moving my furniture in a certain direction, brought a small model boat into my home and placed it in a certain direction, telling me that she always sells her houses with feng shui. I believed her in a hot,hot real estate market and used my 850 fico score to purchase a new lexus. Michelle Chauvin never showed my house once. I found out that when buyers called on my property,she took them to where she could get a 6% commission and blew the hot,hot real estate market for me. The result was I went through all of my savings and ended up in a Reverse Mortgage which has taken all of my equity, except 1/3 after the market crashed. My property was appraised at $317,000 after the real estate crash. I am now living on the credit that Met Life gave me. Not much left. Michelle Chauvin destroyed me financially. Buyer and sellers run from this realtor. It makes me sick to know that I could have parlayed my money from a $600,000 plus sale on a free and clear property, had Michelle Chauvin not sold me out for her own greed. She didn't have to take the 5% commission if she didn't like it. All real estate transactions are negotiable.
