Beware of renting a home from this individual. Michelle Eli has many frauds by renting homes under false pretenses. Michelle Eli will lure you to one of her rental homes. Michelle Eli will inform you everything is in order, and your credit checks out. In addition, even if your credit does not check out she will take cash monies under the table. This is her most likely fraud first; she requests your money for the first and last months rent and a reasonable security deposit. Then she will find a way to throw you out of the home. By some intimidating means and never refund your money!Michelle Eli seems to love violence. She intimidates her renters to the point they want to move out. Beware of Michelle Eli she has done this to at least eleven individuals in the South Bend Area.
