Michelle Magee and her "company" are aggresious. She has no connections and sadly it took me a while to realize. She seemed nice on the phone and had me believing she could help promote my career and events I was doing. First red flag, I had to western union her that day-she was freaking out about needing to be paid so fast. I thought "Dont busineses have a little extra cash flow?" She seemed desperate. Then all she did was write a CNN Ireport that ANYONE can do. So basically I gave her $89 for something my bff could have done. AND guess what? Sfter all that she mispelled some things and rendered the article totally unusable. She did redemm herself by getting me one decent thing in Time Out NY so I belived in her again depite the madness the first time around. She would constantly call almost begging me to but PR. Finally she promies me an artivle in a well know magazine and gave me a date. Well the date came and went. 3 months go by and she said "Oh you know how these editors are..they take forever to return calls." I was like yeah but thats why I'm paying you-you supposedly have the connections and you guraunteed me a date. S here we are 7 months later amd she is too broke to refund me. I call and email daily and she sasy some lie everytime. Bottom line. This woman is not to be trusted professionally. Please spare yourself and go to a good PR firm. do your research. I pomise you nothing but fruistration and betrayal will come out of this.
