serve a 2 year old warrant on a selfish highly deceptive person named Michelle Martin. She fought us for custody of my husband's baby 4 1/2 years ago with the help of her mother Stephana. What her mother did not know was that if we had given Michelle enough drug money in the beginning She was going to give us the chlld.

We logged everything, used the courts instead and Won custody, she was given supervised visitation since she had hid the child before with help of family and other abusive reasons on her family's side.

She decided that wasn't good enough and within 6 months completely disappeared.

We had to find her to try to get help with child support. She said " IM NOT PAYING YOU!" and although two years ago a warrant was issued out of Saint Lucie County Florida She WAS RIGHT! THEY have not made her pay A Dime! She has knowingly drove on a suspended liscence for 2 years also.

Her Mother who is an HRS Worker, has tried to get us in trouble and infuriated the police by telling HRS we took the child 2 years after we had custody. A police officer & social worker came to my home out of the blue and talked to the child and my kids and undid a lot of trust and counseling we had already been through, Luckily when I found the 2 year old document that showed we had sole custody they left disgusted with Michelles' mom (Stephana Cox) for wasting their time. Yet they never followed through on her filing a false report!

Michelle called here one day to harrass us and the childs' name showed up on caller ID. It took my husband a couple days, but he found out Michelle had frauded Tampa Bell (or GTE) and the power company by using their childs SSN # to move into a new apt. and get power and a phone etc.

He called to make a report with New Port Richey Detectives but they said they were to busy and call back if she actually ran up any bills. A great GTE lady even put together a report how Michelle swore to her and the SS admin. that it was her own SS# .

She couldn't get the police to help us either.
Our daughter is now 6 1/2 in a great private school and has dreams of college her mom may have already ruined her credit and that can affect her in so many ways.

Remember if you are in this situation never say anything bad about the deadbeat parent to your child. As much as you despise this person Let it be their problem explaining themselves to the kids some day. Let the kids rebel on them for being rotten parents! You will just look that much better to your baby that you tried to raise them and make them feel good about themselves they will see the light on their own one day, I promise!
