Michelle Russo Cruel/Negligence/caused horrific death to my rescue dog Anchorage Alaska

  BODY: As a witness to this situation, I didn't see Michelle Russo doing anything beneficial to help the tragic situation. When the class ended, I took Michelle's son (who Michelle by the way yelled at him during the incident and blamed him) and went out to drive around for a good hour and returned to help Rhonda more. I made ads, paid for it, and continuously called pet shops, SPCA, dog impound, all around town, and even kept in touch with Rhonda as we she was still my postal carrier from time to time. Right after the incident, Michelle went to have a massage at the studio and left without saying a word as Rhonda and I stood there at the front desk still managing the situation. It was well past 9 pm. Later Rhonda came to drop the letter to the studio, Michelle went back to the owner, threw the letter on her desk and said 'I don't give a f*** about her dog!' and storms out. She appears cold, aloof and very cruel. In a few days, due to her work misconduct non-related to this situation, Michelle was terminated.

Reading this reponse to my complaint only sickens me more of not only at the lack of compassion and cruelty but also the  lies made on false facts. First of all, I do work for the Post Office but would not in any way jeopardize my job to find out where Michelle Russo lives. I have been with the Post Office over 28 years and have also served in the USNR. I got her address information through a website service, which I paid for. Secondly, I sent my letters to the business where Michelle was working for her to sign, so that in the future I would know where to send a Small Claim letter.  Secondly, the weather was very cool that day. My class was at 7pm and was only 1 hour. The temperature was 63 degree's (Not 85 as was stated in the response telling me I was lying, which was cruel to say and false) If the writer would simply "Google" June 19th 2015 weather for 7pm, they would see that the weather was 63 for Anchorage. I also leave my window open enough for lots of fresh air and water is always there. My last dog, I had for a full 18 years. The only guilt I have is for letting Michelle watch him after she insisted after I said no a few times. The only reason that I brought my dog was because I worked late and with his seperation anxiety, I felt he would be happier to be with me. I was planning to take him to the dog park after 1 hour of Yoga. I only had this sweet dog for 4 months before this tragedy. The so called "SHRINK" that you insultingly mocked me for is a woman in California, whom I only saw that one time, so I could get my dog to fly in the cabin with me. So you're words show exactly the type or class of person you are. MY dog meant the world to me. Not a day goes by that I don'y think of him. He had such a sad life and for him to be running scared looking for me for 24 hours because Michelle didn't have the smarts to tell me right away when he got out the door. That was purely negligence on her part. Jennifer, the owner, never said a word about letting Duncan stay inside. Michelle did all the talking. In fact, Jennifer was speaking with a client/customer during the whole time Michelle was telling me to trust her with my dog. All Michelle had to do was show a little compassion and empathy for me. That was not asking much. For someone whom you are saying abused her dog, I sure did spend close to 4000 dollars in the 4 months I had him. Swimming lessons, dental,, physical, flew down to L.A. to get him, paid 400 for him, bought him dog clothes and would never leave my dog in a hot car. In fact, I had called animal control/ police when I had seen others do it. I know well what I was doing by bringing my dog in my car on a very cool day, with windows opened enough and water inside...63 degrees...Not 85..That was a lie.  I am sickened by the whole thing. Not a day goes by that I don't think about my dog. Also Jenifer helped me much by posting on the computer and that's why I got responses from people that saw my dog. I spent 24 hours searching for my dog and Jennifer helped me. The only thing Michelle did was when I got out of class then tell me. I assume she wanted to catch the dog before I would find out. Michelle just drove across the street, quick peek and then drove me back across the street.That was all she did. When I told her while searching for 24 hours that my dog was run over and brought to me in a bag, Michelle just said "I heard" . That's it !!! HOw cold !! Not...I am so sorry for what happened...nothing. SHe was negligent and should have never said she would watch him and that he wouldn't get out and to trust her. I really hope she did not do this on purpose. I have to live with the heartbreak the rest of my life. For you to make false heartless accusations on me is beyond cruel. But it only shows the class of the person I am dealing with. I love my dog and miss him every day. He means nothing to you but he meant the world to me. 

 I want to state that on the day in question I was present and witnessed most of what took place..... Your first point that Michelle is "solely responsible for the horrific death of your dog" is not only false but an out an out lie!!! On the day in question you brought your dog to the yoga studio, on June 20 it was 85 degrees outside, according to the American Veterinary Medical Association the temperature in a car after an hour raises 40-50 degrees higher than the outside temp.... Meaning that the temp in the car would have been in excess of 125 degrees. This would constitute animal cruelty!!! Michelle DID NOT insist that you bring the dog in, she has no authority to do such, the OWNER Jennifer Perkins suggested you bring it in, and that her and her staff would keep an eye on it. You agreed, you and only you, why, because you knew it was hot and your dog would be in danger, you made the gross error in even bringing your dog to yoga class, who does something so stupid??? Rhonda Pepin, yes that's your name, United States postal worker, never disclosed that your dog was going to charge out the door at first opportunity, when a customer came in your dog bolted, this is not Michelle's fault, it wasn't her responsibility to make sure your dog stayed, it was ultimately the owner of the studio, do a little legal research on that. When the dog bolted, Michelle and several others tried to catch your dog, Jennifer on the other hand did nothing...... When they couldn't Michelle drove you around for TWO HOURS trying to help you find your dog, this hardly sounds like someone who didn't care or who is "evil"..... A day later when your dog was found dead Michelle did in fact express her sympathy for your loss..... You on the other hand, being certifiably crazy as indicated by the letter you sent her from your shrink, are simply looking for someone to blame to feel better about your own guilt!!!!now you have publicly accused her of being a animal abuser and a stripper, check the laws, this constitutes defamation and libel lawsuit..... You've also illegally used your position as a postal worker to find her address which is unlisted and publish it in a public forum.... Legal action is pending. You have harassed her AND her 10 year old son, you are crazy, you are a liar, you are a person simply looking for someone to blame so you feel better about your terrible decisions, it's disgusting that you would do the things you've done and remember Karma is always the great equalizer and yours is coming.
