Michigan First took for my car for missing one pip paynment, knowing there was comprehensive insurance on it. Lathrup Village Michigan

On April 15, 2008, Michigan First loan salesman Ed Matherson sent towing company to repossess my 2002 Ford Escort, knowing that insurance had been taking out earlier that month; Michigan First and insurance company had 3-way conference calll for verification, with confirmation number given to me on April 10, 2008 after insurance company sent on-line verification email earlier when policy purchased. Michigan First insurance represenative S. Davis told me to request the 3-way confernce call with Michigan First insurance rep., the insurrance company, and myself for verification purposes. Michigan first insurance rep. stated they were pro rating the PIP insurance, and it was not an issue as long as I maintained current insurance. 5 days later, inspite of the conference calls, verification i.d. number, calls to Michigan First Credit Union represenatives, Ed Materson took upon himself to order a repossesion of my vehicle on April 15, 2006; when called , he stated ,"No one here at this office knows anything about your having insurance" regardless of the number of represenatives named to whom I had talked to over the course of 2 weeks; when asked for his supervisor, Rob LaPalme, only got voice mail response, and never received a return call. On april 16, 2008, Ed Materson(?) stated,"You owe $298.00 for missing 3 payments of 94 dollars", and when he was corrected to only 1 payment for March, 2008, said,"Well, my records says its 3,plus you'll have to pay $300.00 to the recovery company Black Hawk Recovery at (313) 561-2991 in Dearborn Heights, Michigan" When I told him that I had an insurance verification i.d. number, and that Michigan first Credit Union was on the conference call to validate it, Ed Matherson said,"Well, that didn't happen at our office, and I never got the information". After calling the Michigan First insurance verification department, they stated that they had sent out the information by fax and everone in the Lathrup Village office received it, I knew he was not telling the truth.
