This women cut my hair uneven, made all my hair orange, after I even told her to make sure it wasn't orange. She then told me I couldn't get a refund of my money because she had been working a lot of hours on my hair(to mess up my hair she meant)... So now I have uneven orange hair. Keep in mind I'm a blonde and asked for a completely different color. She was mean and rude.
