Micor sells itself as a career, not just a job.  However, it's unlikely that they have any employees with 5 years employment.  Reason, they cheat their employees.  1st, VP Unger your comments warranted that I submit this report.  Prove what I present here as slanderous.  The company requires you to work unreasonable hours.  You are compensated well however you are required to work when they say work anywhere from 70 to 80 hrs weekly.  You are not paid overtime.  When I was hired I was a 1099 employee.  That system changed and we became hourly, but only on paper.  In 2007 the VP held a meeting stating that you had to start reporting time (hours worked), during the meeting it was asked are we getting overtime.  Reply, paraphrased, your wages are taken out of your production, if you claim overtime it comes from production and you will pay a higher tax rate.  No complaints, you can still earn a weekly salary of $1000.00 plus, at least before the recession.  But they steal back from you all they can.  Warehouse, no checks and balances.  You are issued equipment without documentation, you leave (turn in equipment without receipt).  I say leave because that is the system you pile your equipment with everyone elses to be processed later.  The shady part months later you are charged for missing equipment.  The only resolution to the problem is you can quit.  The payroll always seems to miss something concerning pay, always in their favor.  Report the error, provide proof, it does not get corrected, one reason or another.  Complain, you can always quit.  We were promised retention pay $100.00 for the year one and an additional $50.00 each year after.  VP Unger after repeated emails did not pay bonuses this year.  Slander?  I think not, I have documentation that backs up what I'm introducing.  And we are not even talking about the shady business done in Arkansas.
