Micro Circuit @ Amazon Bait and Switch, Internet

I am writing to let people know about a scam that this seller is pulling. My Spouse bought electronics from this seller on Amazon.com that this seller listed as new. Well once the items were received to our dismay they were FAR from new. The Items had Scratches on them and you could tell that they were handled a lot because of all the fingerprints on them. The best part, when I removed the items from the box inside the box there was a card that said "Thank You From Purchasing from COWBOOM / BEST BUY OUTLET on Ebay!? So I looked more into this and found out they purchase all of the items they are selling on Amazon off of Ebay's Best Buy Outlet USED for Pennies on the dollar and getting them and re-selling them as NEW items.

This person keeps changing their Ebay Id to try to make it hard to track this down. They are Currently using the Name Micro Circuit on Amazon.com and buying there stuff under the name Webuyelectronics on ebay, previously using the name microcircuitsales and idahonation also. I would encourage anyone who would think of buying from this seller to reconsider or do a little research like I did.  Beware Of Sellers that sell under NEW, USED and REFURBISHED. I guess they are grading the Items they buy as NEW- A Little wiping and scotch tape sealing, Used- Scratched Up and box in beat up condition & Refurbished- A few Scratches nothing Major. For the prices they charge they should be arrested for theft by deception.
