I ordered a gift subscription of People Magazine on November 27, 2008 and it has not been delivered. I checked on the order on January 16 and they sent an automatic reply saying that if it has not been 10 weeks they won't look into the inquiry. Now at 10 weeks their e-mail address no longer works and the website is not working. Their phone number does not identify them as micro-gems but allows you to leave a message.
