I placed the order through the ebay. bought the microdermabrasion machine for $1820.00. He gave a month to return it and I did returnit within two weeks beacuse it did not worked for me. He told me that he would check it out and give me the refund for $1820.00
After recieving his machine back he never emailed me back, never returned my calls. I still leave him massages but no sign of him.
If anybody can give any advise regarding this that would be really helpfull. His name is Joe Tafoya and he is an asthetician. He does this for living I think. He is still selling his items on ebay and I have no idea what to do to get my money back from him. ANy advise would help.

This is my rebuttal to dispute a report stating that this customer was not refunded.
She did in fact purchase a microdrmabrasion machine from my company. After 3-4 weeks she want to send it back for a full refund. The machine was sent out new and came back used. What I did was directly deposit her refund into her Wells Fargo account in the El Dorado Hills branch. Once I recieved the used machine back I waited the same length of time that she had the machine to refund her money back. She was refunded in full less shipping costs associated with this transaction. she hasn't been heard from since March of 2006. It is not our practice to refund customers after using the equipment for a length of time as all systems carry a three year warranty but an exception wasmade in this case.
