Micron Technologies , Micheal Hollay , Bianca Morgan FRAUD company..Will scam you! Dont send them money! Trenton New Jersey

Micheal Hollay posted an ad on Craigslist.org stating he worked for Micron Technologies and they were looking for sellers to sell their laptops on ebay for them. I emailed them my resume and they sent me the first listing on March 15,2007. I listed the first laptop on ebay (item # 140097311451)and the auction ended on March 18,2007 for $2300.00. The buyer paid immediately. I overnighted the check to Micheal Hollay, and he deposited my check on March 20. He claimed he would have a tracking number to me within 48 hours.

I believed him, and listed a 2nd laptop listing he sent me to list on ebay. That auction (item # 140099918232) ended on March 25,2007 for $1150.00 and he still had not sent me the tracking number for the 1st auction, so I was hesitant to send him the money for the 2nd auction.

I emailed him and he was a real smooth talker and claimed that he had mailed out the 1st laptop and talked me into sending him the 2nd check, it got there on friday, march 31st, 2007 and they are supposedly closed on the weekends.

So, I think about it alot over the weekend and he still hadnt sent me the tracking number for the 1st laptop, So me and my husband decided to stop payment on that check after Tuesday came and he still hadnt sent the tracking information. He was very mad when he found that out and claims that he hadnt mailed either one of them. And says that If I didnt send him the money back overnight for the 2nd auction then he will not mail out EITHER of the laptops.

He already HAS the money for the first one, so there is NO reason for that, and absolutely no excuse for him not mailing it out yet, besides that he is a scammer (or she), and the supposed company they are running is fraudulent.
