I went to check my bank account on a Saturday and noticed that I had charges from Bill.MS.Net (Xbox Live). I also noticed that there were more pending charges on my account totaling over $400.00 which did not include the $138.56 that had already posted to my account.  I called Microsoft and it turned out to be Xbox live repair. I told them that I think that someone had stolen my credit card information because I did not authorize the use of my card, nor had I ever bought item from them.  They told me that I had to close my account.  I said what close what account I never opened an account.  We argued back and forth, and so I closed an account that I had no idea that "I" opened.  At that time I was furious.  I said will i be reembursed? They told me that I would have to go through my bank and get the funds. I said fine.  I hung up the phone and immediately called my credit card company to cancel my credit card account because there was still the $400.00 that was still pending and I did not want them or whom ever had my card information to continue to go on a spending spree; after all they spent $500.00+ in just 2 days.  Anyway, I got my card cancelled and I called Microsoft back to see if I could get any information to help and they asked me what my name was and other information and i said wait I already closed out the account I just want information on he person or persona whom stole my card information and used it for their pleasure/benefit. They said I am sorry, but we cannot give that information out do to privacy rights.  I said you have got to be kidding privacy rights, they stole my credit card information and used to for who knows what and you can't tell me anything?  We can tell you the ID Tag I said fine and the ID tag is Nugh09everybody@omg or something similar, and that did not even match my email address which is considered a ID tag. I hung up with them and when Monday came I filied out a report with my bank and I have to wait until the pending items go through to get my money back and what ever fees I accured.  Please if you read this be vary careful and if you see this ID tag or something simular be careful because it could be your credit card he/she/they are after next or are using and you don't know!
