I opened my bank statement for which I have a debit card that has a Mastercard logo. Imagine when I saw this charge against my checking account in the amount of $21.95 from Micorsoft online bill.ms.net. So now it appears that someone has access to my checking account!

Have contacted the bank but the larger issue is that soemone can access an account with limited funds.
