Company Microsoft Online Svcs WA total ripoff of multiple withdrawls from my MasterCard MSN USA INTERNET

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I have Paypal for my internet finances, which has my MasterCard also. "Microsoft Online Svcs WA" began withdrawing funds from my account Dec. 26, 2003 for the amount of $1.00, now in this months time, MSN has continued to withdraw the amount of $9.95 out of my account, totalling 11 withdrawls from my MasterCard in a months time of $100.50.... I did not order anything from MSN, I do not have them for an Internet Provider, and there is no reason they should be billing me. Not only that but I am unsuccessful in contacting anyone at MSN to find out why they are automatically withdrawing money from my account, or to STOP this action. I just dont understand how this kind of crap can happen and/or why??? MICROSOFT or MSN should not have to lower themselves to this kind of RIP-OFF on the internet of people who have to struggle for every penny they have.

My advice is BEWARE of Microsoft Online Svcs WA ... It amazes me how they can withdraw my money, but not offer a contact phone number, email or any other form of contact information? Which makes it difficult to know why they are taking my money, what its for and how I STOP it!! I only wish that there was a way that I can fight this and get my money back? I give my permission to contact me in any future cases against this company regarding my situation with them and others that are simular. I would also appreciate any advise, suggestions or assistance in this matter with Microsoft Online Svcs WA.

Found out what it was

I too had the charge "MICROSOFT *BILLING 800-386-5550 WA" show up on my bank account. I called the 800 number and was told it was XBOX Live. I was ready to rip my kid a new one! I called the number provided for XBOX Live and after some investigating, we figured out the charge was for an APP that my husband purchased on his Windows powered Cell Phone. So, if you see this charge and don't use XBOX Live and have a Windows Cell Phone, it is probably for an APP that was purchased. Glad we figured this out before I had to eat crow for grounding an innocent 9 yr old :)

I would suggest checking your household for anyone who uses xbox live or online gaming. You don't have to personally authorize the charge, but a member in your household who has your financial information (for example, your card number and the pin behind it) can enter it all in to purchase games from xbox live. It's too hard to prove to the merchant it was not you without dealing with many questions and your family member facing identity theft allegations.

Most of the time kids or someone else in the household won't confess to such a large amount of charges when they know you're on a limited income.

applauling and completely BAD BUSINESS for MICROSOFT ONLINE SERVI BILL

After calling Master Card it was determined "someone has my card number" so cancellation of my card had to be done immediately and a new card issued. Then being transfered to Paypal, paperwork, information etc. is being sent to me to fill out and send in to begin the action needed to have my money refunded to me. Being a single mother of 3 sons and my income is SSI due to several disabilities that I have, money is extremely tight for me and I find it applauling and completely BAD BUSINESS for MICROSOFT ONLINE SERVI BILL.MS.NET WA to be so darn dirty and wrongfully withdraw over $100.00 from anyone without permission or explaination of what it is for? What in the world cost over $100.00 in a months billing period?? So I got "screwed" by using my Master Card on the internet, but MICROSOFT ONLINE SERVI BILL.MS.NET WA is the 1st to do me wrong in the over 2 years I've used my card for internet shopping etc. What does this say about this company?
