Bing, through MIcrosoft Rewards, experienced an outage in December. I had 4235 points which were reset to 388 during the outage. I hoped once they resolved their issue it would go back to normal. When that did not happen I contacted Microsoft via email (the only way they conveniently allow) and received a response saying I was allowed to earn an extra 1,000 pts. to substitue for the inconvenience of not being able to earn points for a few days, therefore, the issue was resolved. I responded saying the issue of me losing 3865 points was not resolved. There was no response to my email. Days later I once again went through their channels of reporting the issue. This time the person said my browser needed to be reset. I responded sayng the browser wasn't the issue but.... (repeated what I said above). That email has also not been responded to.
