i bought an x-box 360 and only play madden football off line, i got madden 12 in august 2011 and didn't have any trouble from august 2011 to jan 2012.   i have had a nightmare fighting with level three tech support for almost two years and have no result from them to fix my x-box. i have tried to work with them but i keep getting jerked around and no fixes from them.

 i have sent my x-box in to them many times and have gotten refurbs back, but no working x-box with out the troubles. i have been told by level three tech support that freezing and lagging is normal but didn't have from aug 2011 to jan 2012. i have been told it is my internet, and lots of other bull but not one honest answer from them.

i contact x-box legal only to get tech support that won't help just lots of lame excuses from them. i have spent many hours on the phone and countless e-mails but no fix. my x-box has been sent in over 6 times and it is still not working like it should when i first bought it.

i have spent many hours talking to level one tech and managers and have been told this should have been solved a long time ago and this didn't have to be dragged out as long as it has.i don't know anything else i can do to get this solved. if i could afford a lqawyer i would take them to court and let the judge and jury solve this issue.
