Microsoft will SCREW you over with their Xbox 360.  First off, I purchased my Xbox 360 in 2007 and between 2007 and 2010 I had to send it in for repair 2 times.  I was having a issue that they are very familiar with called the "Ring of Death" which they purposely released these damaged machines to the public knowing that they could get your money and run with it once your warranty expired.

Anyways, In 2011 around June the Red-Ring came back which Microsoft's repair team supposably had fixed.  You would think out of common courtesy that since my machine kept having the same issue that they would have just replaced my system with one of their more recent models.  NOPE!  Instead Microsoft was telling me in order to get my 360 serviced that I had to pay them $100.  Are you kidding me?????  I've been paying for Xbox Live to play online for the past 5 years at $50 & $60 a year and you can't fix my Xbox 360?   Microsoft clearly doesn't care about anyone but themselves and how they can rape and screw everyone out of their money.

Check this out, I still have my First Xbox 360's Hard Drive that I kept.  My Hard Drive isn't compatible with their newer model Xbox's so I can't even plug it in with all of my current saved information and games. 

Anyways, I'll tell you right now if you want to have a decent game system that's NOT going to break down on you and where you'll get great customer service at then I recommend the Sony Playstation 3.  The 360 is a better system overall to me personally, but having to deal with Microsofts POOR customer service just doesn't sit to well with me.  When PS3's game servers went down for 3 weeks, at least Sony at the common courtesy to give everyone a FREE game which was Saints Row 2.  Microsoft would have NEVER done that.  They don't value their customers.
