Microsoft has the worst support actiity that I have ever encountered....they have a culture issue with locations for their suppory activity in India, the Phillipines, Costa Rica and who knows where...the language is an issue as they are hard/difficult to understand and do not understand your issues completely because of culture issues.....Microsoft needs to get the language issue sovled and then the training of their techs as I spent about six hours trying to resolve a simple issue....they reset my computer, removed programs, added programs I did not want and basically screwed up my computer....then I had to hassle for over two hours to get my refund for their Support Service charge of $99.00....what a waste of time and effort....Microsoft needs help
