i got a title loan went in to pay it off earlier than i had to and they was charging me extra interest that was not even in my contract i told them no i was only going to pay what i was suppose to and they said fine but you will still have a remaining balance and it would collect interest every month i dont pay it and they would still repo my vehicle. so i didnt pay them cause i wasnt going to be charged extra and i wasnt going to give them my money and then they still come and get my vehicle. so i didnt know what to do i couldnt afford a lawyer so while i was trying to find someone to help me figure out what to do they repoed my vehicle. then someone told me i could file a complaint with the attorney general so i did then the company called me and we finally decided that i could get my vehicle back with no charge and i would make payments with no interest and i would only pay what my contract said so we agreed to 300.00 a month. she told me i needed to get the first payment as soon as possible so i could get my vehicle out of the auction place cause it didnt need to keep setting there not being driven so i said ok.i told her it would probably be friday when my boyfriend got paid and we come up there i lived 70 miles away she said let me find out what there hours are so she told me i had till 4 :00 friday so my boyfriend got off work and we rushed up there and they told us we couldnt get our vehicle today becuase they closed at noon.but they said we could go ahead and make a payment we said no not without getting our vehicle that was the agreement. so the next friday my noyfriend took off work early so we could go back up there come to find out the auction place closes at 5 :30 so they had lied to us. but we got the vehicle back we signed a contract with what we agreed on. but the copy they ended up giving was not the one we signed and it was a totally different agreement they told me they would send me one i signed but still havent recieved that.i made another complaint to the attorney general and i got a letter back from them and they are still waiting for a response from them.oh yea when i went in there in the beginning to pay it in full they tried saying i was never in there that day and the security cameras were being serviced that day. they have done alot of mistakes and a lot of lying through all this.  i just dont know what else to do  or what else i can do i dont have a lot of money.
