I visited Midas Muffler on 12/16/2013 and was told my 2000 Mustang needed a new Catalyic Converter.  They billed me $962.99 for the part and $111.25 for labor.  I feel I was hosed because I am a female, it was night time and they made it sound like I wouldn't be safe on the road unless this is done.  They also failed to give the the warranty papers and this part has already faied.  I feel like a complete idiot,
