We just received a debt collection letter from Midland Credit Management for $615.86, which we have no idea what it's for. The "Orignal Creditor" is unknown to us.

The letter was addressed with our last name and correct address, but the first name is also entirely unknown to us, and no one in our extended family has that name.
What should we do?
