I see my search to find others who are having a problem with these people was not in vain - really didn't think it was only me.

Having already filed their suit with a putz law firm - they are leaving me little choice but to file bankruptsy - really didn't want to do that - any thoughts on how to stop this would be appreciated - and yes I have thought of physical violence - probaly not the best course.

So I called the number listed he ask for last 4 of my SS# and address. he said this was a bill collection agency. I let him know I didnt make this bill. And that my Identy had been stolen last year.
