Midland Mortgage Aka Midfirst Bank ripoff dishonest, fraudulent, billing, continuously about account Oklahoma City Oklahoma

This report is on behalf of my mother who is currently with Midland Mortgage aka Midfirst Bank. My mother recieved her first letter from them approximatly a year and a half ago.. Telling her she was delinquent in her payments and that they were going to Foreclose on her house if they didn't hear from her..

She called write away, even though she's on Fixed Income, they gave her this Outrageous Amount of $2100.00 to come up with by the 28th of the following month.. With my help she was able to come up with this amount. Now, when she talked with them, they told her this amount would catch her Totally Up!!!

They Lied the next thing I know she is recieving another letter from them telling her she's so many months behind.. This continues Proceedure has happened over and over again.. There were times when my mother came to my house crying because the monthly mortgage payment she sent to Midland Mortgage, was sent back by them, Demanding, a much larger amount from her.. They sent her paperwork to fill out for one of there so called programs, she would fill it out, but in the mean time send another large amount of money to them, and this whole Nightmare would start over again..

They failed to tell her everytime she sent this large amount of money in, it no longer made her Eligible for any of there programs as well as, the Large amount of money she kept sending them wasn't catching her Totally Up, she still owed them another months mortgage rent.. Everytime my mother or I would talk to one of there Representatives, they were never completely Honest with us, they always said what ever the amount was that we needed to send them would catch her mortgage payment up, which was a Total Lie!!!!

Approximatly 2 months ago, my mother recieved papers telling her that she was 6months behind and they started Foreclosure Proceedures on her house. This has been put in the newspaper where we live, how on August 25, 2004 at 8:00 a.m. my mothers house will be sold to the highest bidder. Since this being ran in the paper we have had people come drive by my mothers house, stop and stare, make her feel very Humiliated!!

The Sad thing about all of this, my father passed away 5 and a half years ago, he bought this house for my mother, it has been there home for the last 12 years. This house is the only thing my mother has left of/from my father, and it Breaks my Heart to see her cry everyday over the possibility of Loosing her Home. Exspecially to a low Disrespectful, Lieing, Cheating, company that Midland Mortgage aka Midfirst Bank is.. With my help, we have hired a company that can try and help us save her house one way or another, all I know is Midland Mortgage won't get my mothers house if it's the last thing I ever do!!!! I personally think all of you other people out there who have gotten either

Ripped Off or Screwed by Midland Mortgage aka Midfirst Bank, all get together and file a CLASSACTION LAWSUIT against them for all of there Fraudulent Dealings and Misreputation of your Accounts, and sue the heck out of them and make them go out of business so they can never Hurt anyone else again ever!!!!! My Heart goes out to all of you Misfortunate People who has had to deal with Deceitful, Untrustworthy, Fraudulent company... Thank you very much for your time....
