Midland Mortgage Co. on hold for 4 days. will not call me back. will not acknowlege faxes Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I have been trying to contact this company for weeks after my seller who has this mortgage company called them and gave me access to his mortgage account while his is deployed overseas. You stay on hold for over an hour and never get anyone to answer. I used the 800# and left it holding for 2 hours and 13 minutes. Someone finally picked up and told me that my access to his mortgage has expired. unreal.

I have an offer on his home for a short sale and I believe if we do not get them to get me just a form to fill out that this military man will loose a good buyer and have to foreclose. I sent 4 urgent faxes to the fax number to ask someone to contact me and those have all been ignored also. there is no customer concern and no urgency with these people. I see that there are numerous complaints with this company. do the CEO's and president of this company know that this is going on? obviously not.
