Like many i feel into hard and lean times--full time art student with full time job and full time marriage, not to mention a couple of major auto repairs. We decided to sell the house and move in with my grandfather.
During the time when the payments were late Midland conviently sold my loan to Principal Residential--which is when my problems really started and is another report in itself.
The main reason for this report, however, is to let others know that my loan with Midland was a VA loan. IF YOU GET A VA LOAN, FIND OUT WHO IT IS WITH. I must say though that throughout this whole ordeal I was in contact with a VA rep and he was helpfull (although grouchy).
