Midland Mortgage Of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma ripoff Oklahoma City Oklahoma

We recieved a letter in the mail in Janurary that Midland Mortgage would be buying our loan from Mortgage Services (Cendant Mortgage) the first payment due for Midland would be Feburary. I sent in the payment and it was sent back. I called Midland and asked what was going on and was told that i was behind in my payments from October 2003 to Janurary 2004.

I was told by a gentleman named Lance that i would have to pay $2900.00 or get on a payment plan by the following Monday or they would foreclose. I have worked to hard to get my house and they are not gonna cheat me out of it. I got on the payment plan to stop forecloser. I faxed a letter along with cleared checks and bank statements as well as certified letter to the Dispute Department. I was told it would take 3 weeks. After 3 weeks i called and was told i was still behind. When asked how that was possible they said the computer said so. After 4 more months of sending another letter and proof of payments to the Dispute Dept.

I was told that my bankruptsy payments had not been paid since April of 2004. When i called my trustee I was told that Midland had sent the payment back saying they were forclosing on my house.

I have since them sent the trustee a letter Midland sent me saying that we were not in forecloser. Now I am waiting for the bankruptsy payment to be sent to Midland. 2 months ago i got Mortgage Services (Cendant Mortgage) to fax me the history of my payments. The history showed that I had paid all my payments in question. I sent this to them and was told that they had verified all that and until they could find out what happened i would still have to pay the agreed payment plan payment of $864.00 a month. My normal house payment is $514.00. We are behind in bills by having to pay this extra a month and Christmas is coming and my 3 kids will not get the Christmas i had planned for.

I even went through throuhgh the Attorny Generals office and nothing was done all they did was send my letter of complaint to Midland then send the responce letter back to me. What exactly is the Attorny General for then How can do this. I think we all who have been SCREWED by them get together and sue them this is not right and when i found out that there was more than just me my heart sank. I know the HELL I am going through and i hate that anyone else has to go through the same.
