Midnight velvet , Swiss colony, seventh avenue & honey creek are all the same company with the same address and are all falsely reported on all 3 of my credit reports. I have disputed all of the accounts from these companies some of the accounts were deleted from all 3 reports but others were not these accounts are from 1998 and I have sent letters to the compny requesting information on these accounts and I have never received a response. Honey Creeks Bal $ 192.00, Seventh Avenue $272.00, Midnight velvet is $113.00.
I dont't understand how these accounts are removed from one credit agency and not the other. I have never even heard of this company or received any services from these companies. Does anyone know how I should persue on this matter with the above companies.

I am a current employee of Seventh Avenue. To be completely honest with you this company really prides itself in it's customer service. I do not work in customer service, but I think if you just call and actually talk to someone, you may be able to get this cleared up. The Seventh Avenue 1-800 number is 1-800-693-0813.
