One year ago Midnight Velvet sent me a settlement agreement in regards to the amount I owed them. The amount of the settle was for $520, which I have paid, in full last July (2007). The past Monday I received a voice mail from BCC, when I called them back I was told that Midnight Velvet had contacted them about the remaining balance due on the account. When I paid the account off last year I demanded multiple times a settlement or Paid in Full letter and was refused. Midnight Velvet has re-nigged on the settlement, without any notification to me and sent to account straight to a collection agency. I will be filling a complaint with both the FTC and BBB. This sort of crappy business practices need to be stopped please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THERE AFFILIATED COMPANIES!!
