Midtown Express Benjamin Drisgula Unprofessional Cable Installation Company No Respect Or Courtesy For Their Customers Maspeth New York

Horrible customer service, this company does not care about how they treat people. They had a tech come by our place and install services, the tech obviously didn't know that before you start cutting cables and wires you should turn off the customers PC first. He snipped some cables and short circuited our PC, literally seconds after he performed the work our computer stopped working, wouldn't turn on nothing. They claimed they would follow up with our report immediately, lies, it took them two weeks. And even after all that they decided to drop our claim based on some "evidence" they collected, all they did was take some photos of our PC and jotted down a serial number. They claimed that was enough evidence to clear them of any fault, what a bunch of nonsense. My brother is a certified electrician and works for one of the major electrical company's in NYC, we know for a fact they are responsible for the damages and yet they still deny claim. 

Please be careful if you sign up for TWC and they send over a Midtown Express Tech, these people are not certified electricians. Make sure they install everything properly and turn off your PC before they run or cut any cables. Or else you'll be stuck like me and have to pay for someone else's mistake. Very unprofessional company, they're response time sucks, no courtesy for their customers at all. There compliance officer Benjamin Drisgula is no help either, they do not care about the customers they serve. If i were TWC i would hire a more professional company.
