MIDWAY CHEVROLET DON'T EVER CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH MIDWAY CHEVROLET PHOENIX Arizona

I was looking to purchase a used Suv so I went online and searched several different dealerships in the Phoenix area. I currently live in Yuma which is about a 3hour drive but i thought by going to Phoenix I might be able to get a better deal. So after looking at diffrent sites I ran across the Midway Chevrolet's internet site. I searched the their site and I came across a used 2007 Gmc Yukon they have it listed as there New Years' Speacial anyhow it was listed for 25,112 I thought the price was good so filled out a online application. Within the Next day or so I recieved a phone call from Matt Miller in which he again took all my information down ssn, income, trade in, He even got the payoff on my current car.

After that he told me he would call me back within 10minutes, I went ahead and waited he then called me back and told me that i was good to go that they had approved me for that veichle and he wanted to know when i could go down to there tent sale at the Metro Center Mall, he said this is where the Yukon would be waiting for me, I knew my credit was not the best and that i was upside down on my current veichle I asked him if he was sure because I didnt want to go up to phoenix for nothing he said no you are good to go and that they wouldn't make me go up there for nothing.

He then told me to call Jesus he said he was the one who had approved this, I called Jesus and he told me yes to come down that they had everything taken care of for me and that i was looking at doing payments around the 507 to 575 range on the Yukon. We made an appointment to meet on Saturday at 12pm at the tent sale at the metro center mall.

Well on Saturday morning before I left i tried calling Matt several times to confirm our appoinment he never answered his cell phone i left him messages and didn't hear back so I then called Jesus back he told me Matt was going to be out the whole weekend he was very ill but told me he already had my information with Arturo and the tent site he said go ahead and come down, i asked him again if the Yukon was there and he said yes.

SO i drove all the way to Phoenix when i got there I asked for Arturo I asked him about the Yukon and he told me that they had sold it last night, I then told him I had spoken to Jesus and he had told me that morning it was there he told me sometimes it doesn't update in their system I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Well he said we will look for something similar well there selection sucked they only had two similar veichles which where 2007 tahoes which were overpriced they had them there for 30000 and on the internet they had them listed at 26000 i told him if he wanted to sell me that Tahoe he would have to give me the internet price which he then told me that the internet price was wrong blah blah blah.

I should have left but i stayed he then stated he needed my info again i said i already filled out a application and he said that he didnt have it and do do another one which I did, After I did he told me they could not sell me the Tahoe because I was to upside down on my current veichle I told that they knew how much i owed and how much my car was worth when i did the orginal application what the hell did they make me drive out there, he then said well you can take the tahoe but your payments would be around 800 are they serious?

I walked out of there, The following day I called Midway back and asked to speak to someone in charge of everybody there they transferred me to a gentleman who said he was the Sales manager i told him the story he said he was going to find out what happened and call me back as of yet no call from them..

Don't ever buy from this place they are liars and are breaking the law because i looked online and they still have that Yukon posted for that price the one they supposed to have sold already, i even called and acted like a new customer to inquire about it and guess what they said it was there bull crap these people need to be put out of business DOn't buy from these losers..
