Well, Jim Webster " Lead Agent " was hired by a bondsman out of Oklahoma, him and his crew screwed the fugitive case up and were even servd with Restraining Orders!

They were fired, but continued to work the case. any how allowing the fugtiive to get away because of their negligence. It gets better! They never had legal documentation to perform these services so they were going to illegally detain someone and transport them across state lines!

Please help me stop people like this, and to boot these guys are full time Michigan Department of Corrections Officers! Isn't that conflict of interest? What would the union say??

Get your facts straight.

Dear Professional-Agent Metro Detroit, MI,

On behalf of Jim Webster, you should have your facts straight before slandering someones reputation.

Jim Webster was hired by a bondsman out of Oaklahoma to locate a woman that was hiding in the state of Michigan. When Jim recieved this case it had all ready been worked by other agents so he was having to pick-up a case that was already stepped on.

Jim had a warrent to arrest so the part about not having legal documents is not true.

Jim worked the case until he found out the case had expired and he quit working it. Why would you work a case you are not going to get paid for?

It had been months before this "Professional Agents" had picked the case up and Jim had not worked on it for that length of time. This "Professional" and I use the term losely called Jim in the middle of the night threatening him to stop working the case and he was told to stop some time ago and they accused him of continueing. Jim had not worked it in months and had no idea what this guy was talking about.

You refer to a restraining order. Let me clear that up. The order was filed by the Mother of the fugitive and then she never bothered to show up to court to answer the alligations she had made against Jim. Funny, Jim shows up but the Mother doesn't bother to show. It turns out the US Marshals wanted to speak with this woman and she was avoiding them.

Also being the "Professional" that your suppose to be you should know that you don't need an authority to arrest in the state of Michigan. You do need a warrent and the bond application. An authority to arrest is nice to have but isn't neccessary.

There also is a question as to how long you have been in this line of work? Anybody with a couple bucks and a police supply magazine can work as a "Professional".

Jim is highly thought of my his co-workers and friends and is very ethical when it comes to his recovery. I think you should have your facts straight before you start causing trouble for "fellow agents". This job is hard enough without all the back stabbing that goes on.

We need to be united.

Ponch
