Midwest Cattle Exchange Ryan Harner Calculated total wrong-overcharged $40. Then when we ate meat it was terrible. Trying to get refund of over charged amount and return meat. Nobody returns my calls or emails. Grand Rapids, MI. assc. with Indianapolis IN Michigan

On May 6, 2015 I had a knock at the door from Midwest Cattle Exchange. We recently moved to the area and I had never heard of them.  The sales rep stated that he was finishing his route and had 3 cases of meat left that if I was interested he would sell all 3 for the price of 1.  I asked what he had. He grabbed a case of beef from the truck and showed me on my table what was in it.  They were frozen and appeared to be great cuts of meat such as Filet Mingon.  He said he had one more case of beef and a case of pork.  The price for all 3 was $539.00.  For 1 case it seemed high, but for all 3 it seemed reasonable to the great cuts.  So I purchased.  Excited with my "luck" the sales person named Ryan Harner did the math for me and charged my food stamps 250 and asked for a check for the remaining 329.  Obviously an over charge of $40.  Not thinking I wrote it.  The next day I cooked the NY strip.  It was mediocer. On Mothers day I cooked the Mingon. It was so tough we didn't even eat it!  And I cooked it Med-rare.  I sent an email to the website that Ryan Harner gave me before he left, and called the number that is on it.  No response to either.  I told one of my co-workers the next day about my luck, and her response was that she was sorry I had bought into the scam.  That was before we even ate any of the product. DONT BUY FROM MIDWEST CATTLE EXCHANGE!!!!! OVERPRICED GARBAGE!!!!  POOR BUSINESS!!!!  GUARANTEED DISAPPOINTMENT!
