Midwest Center 14 day Return policy is flawed or crooked. Received night 0f 02/11/14-added 14 days free tr al = 02/25/14 Company would not accept return without $70 payment. They charged my bank account immediatley after hanging up. Van Nuys California

Signed up for free 14 day money back guranteed trial. Called at the end of 13 days due to receing package on the night of 02/11/14. I was told that I must count the day I received it even though it was in the evening. I added 13 days to 02/14 and came up with 02/26/14 for return date. Midwest had charged my account immediatly after hanging up, $59.95. Return policy is a rip off.

The time frame for the free trial period starts when you order the product. Not when they ship it and not when you receive it. Additionally, if you wait until the last day (13th day of 14 day trial), the company will have already started the billing process and even if you are sucessful at cancelling the product, there will be a hold on your debit card.
