Engine was sold to me as having 59000 miles and was to have a carfax data report sent with it. I t didn't come with the engine. Dale at Midwest Recycling said he would send another report. Never received after 2 months.
Request for a credit to help with rebuilding the engine to make it usable has been useless, they just keep putting me off saying they will check on it.
the engine came with a good paint job, a cracked timing cover, a cracked head, a cylinder pressure test revealed the back 2 cylinders were burned out and and would not hold compression. Cylinders were worn to the point they had to be bored out .030 inch oversize.
No one at Midwest calls back, and no one gives out any company info or names.They are definitely hiding something.
