Mike Allen Contracting LLC Michael Allen Doesn't pay employees & rips off homeowners & Drinks Alcohol on the job Cuddy pennsylvania

I have been in business for 30 yrs, previously did business as Bullseye Construction in Mcdonald Pa with an A+ with the BBB, never had any civil lawsuits against either of my companies. Never have I had any other complaints against my companies work ethics. I had a complication with a previous employee who I discovered he was closet drinking on the job. As soon as I discovered this was occuring I shortly after had fired him and he has not been with us since. He was only employeed with my company for a few short months. I never had any complaints from homeowners about this type of behavior so I am thinking this is the employee I fired who is now trying to smear my companies reputation as his form of retrubution against me for firing him after I caught him drinking on the job, provided him with 3 warnings to quit drinking vodka on the job, and finally having to discontinue using him for work due to his severe alchollic addiction. Other than that situation which was dealt with aside from any homeowners awareness, I have not had any other issues. I do believe this is the employee and not homeowner who had filed this complaint. We have always conducted businesss in a professional manner. Thank You
