Anyone looking for a general contractor please STAY AWAY from MIKE and SONS General Contractor! This contractor, Mike will tell you he is licensed, THIS IS A LIE. Mike uses a U-Haul Rented Van. He took my money for supplies and now cannot be found. He will not return my repeated calls.
His business card does not have a license number on it and the license number he gave is fake. The address he gave does not exist. I initially called his reference and he said his work was ok. I called his reference again tonight and the reference thanked me. The reference said his neighbor Just had the same problem.
He is a smooth talker please stay far far away! I hope going to court will get my money back. I will be going to the police to file a complaint and ask for them to search for Mike through his phone number. I feel it is my obligation to warn the Rip Off Report and Craigslist community. Please heed my warning and stay away!
