I have recieved several calls from same three people trying to collect money on a loan I do not have. They threaten jail time and stated I'm being sued for thousands of dollars if I do not pay them. .

He is saying that he has contacted the courts and they will be charging me. I have contacted him by email only, and asked for his number. He has only given me his address, name and badge number.
