Mike Duke broke plumbing fixture with carelessness and abandon of caution. Mike Duke then told me he would replace it at his own cost. Mike Duke bought the new part but did not install it. He billed excessively including the part he broke. He told me that it was the VALUE of his services, not the hourly charge he claimed he would charge. The part stayed for several weeks and each time he came back to fix part, another plumbing fixture was broken where he went. Odd? I had another plumber finish the job. No mysterious broken parts from other plumber. Not ever letting this guy Mike Duke near my place. He was fired and instructed to never come back. In my opinion this guy is crafty bad, slick bad, to be avoided.
