This organization will do whatever it takes to get the 1,000 a month coaching contract signed by a real estate agent seeking help. As a former employee, I would tell almost all RE agents run as fast as you can away from here.  I can tell everyone that everything this organization does is designed to separate real estate professionals from their hard earned money as quickly as possible by offering their coaching services to unsuspecting soon to be clients.  When a call comes into the office for the sales department and that is what it is COLD HARD SALES make your numbers on the sales floor or do not come to work.  The receptionist answers the phone with "It's a great day at the Mike Ferry Organization" (if you dont believe me call them during the week)and it goes south from that point.  The sales department is doing nothing except reading from a memorized script to get you to go to a seminar that you may or may not find helpful, but as a sales rep it is meet the quota or out the door you go, so you pressure real estate agents into signing up and of course the hard close comes at the rah rah session where Mike and his top people push even harder for that 12,000 commitment (a contract once signed extremely difficult to get away from as it is chock full of items that must be followed-short of death it is almost impossible to get out of the contract) The sales people and the real estate coaches are only after one thing the almighty buck.  Granted Mike Ferry is a very successful real estate business person, but being on the inside and seeing how the family actually operates is sickening.  Make no bones about Mike's family is very involved in the business because they all love the good life and lots of Money.  There are other coaching programs that are just as good but not nearly as expensive.  Mike and his team give out Expired info, FSBOs and time management strategies that require even more work than you can imagine, One of Mike's biggest clients is Keller Williams Realty so next time you see a Keller Williams agent ask them about Mike Ferry.  Good luck
