As a experienced Realtor, I attended a one hour seminar put on by The Mike Ferry Organization. I received more calls from the MF organization after the seminar to come to another seminar that would show me how me people worked and guaranteed me I would double my transactions. I went and signed up for coaching with the Mike Ferry Organization (MFO), at a cost of $1,000 per month, based on his glowing promises.
After my first coaching call I quickly realized they plan is to memorize there scripts and objection handlers and focus on calling anyone. With a push on calling on the do not call list after you run out of leads.
In fact, my coach Doug coached me to do was to cold-call people, without regard to the Do Not Call List, which is illegal. I advised my coach I was uncomfortable doing this illegal calling. So at the end I paid $1,000 a month for what proved to be a classic bait and switch.
I went to one of there conventions on the suggestion of the of my coach to make myself more comfortable with there business model. I met some of the most scandalous salesmen I have met in the business in my 8 Years of real estate. Please learn from my mistake. Mike Ferry was scandalous on stage about the Do not call list as well. So I was done with them.

Ever notice that the problem with the internet is that anyone can post anything whether it be true or not?
To the person who posted this ... there are many issues with your complaint that lead us at MFO to believe that you have us confused with another coaching company. Your complaint is filled with inaccuracies. We would also suggest that anyone who is not prepared to sign their name to their complaint, may have a less than honest motivation for their posting.
Your inaccuracies include ....
1) We do not sell coaching at a one hour seminar ... actually we do not do one hour presentations ... although we know that some of our competition do
2) We do not have a coach named Doug nor have we for at least 4 years ... although, again, we know that our competition does
3) MFO teaches to abide by the Do Not Call List ... MFO even publishes a report regarding the Do Not Call List
It is also interesting to note that the posting reflects Arizona Time yet the complaint was posted by someone in Los Angeles, CA
