On 12 July I bought a product SiteSales of $497 offered by Mike Filsaime, referred by Rich Shefren. I am a member of Rich's Founder's Club and trusted this referral would indeed solve my problem.

The product simply didn't do what was promised in addition to serious technical issues also.

I have requested a refund on 3 August, well within the period offered.

I have received automated emails and also some promises from some ed@mikefilsaime.com saying I will get it within 14 work days.

I have made numerous requests as to the whereabouts of the refunds and have basically been ignored even though I have some VIP status on some virtual help desk.

I paid with PayPal and tried to see if I can get the refund through them but apparently not. Although I do see someone else got assisted by PayPal for exactly the same problem with Mike Filsaime.
