I too have been scammed by Mike Filsaime. I signed up for the affiliatedotcom platinum through the Micro Model Business System.

Watched a few of the videos and then needed to get the money back. This was 7 days after joining and was told there was a 30 day money back guarantee.  It wasnt that the content wasnt good (love Chris Farrell) it just comes at a time when I am having medical issues and need the money.

My support ticket was created on August 24, 2012, within 1 week of signing up and supposedly had a 30 day guarantee. I have repeatedly asked (just about every week or every other week) and been ignored. Here is the portion of the ticket that says they agreed I should be refunded:

Hi, I'm sorry, but I have to cancel my membership.  I have discovered it just isn't for me.  On August 24th, I had set up the recurring monthly billing for the newsletter 3 time billing for AffiliateDotCom fee of $97/mo and have been charged $97 with a 30 day money back guarantee. 
Please refund my PayPal account and don't charge any more.

If you have set up recurring billing for ADC, please log into your PayPal account and cancel it there.

Hi Arlene,

The free trials you were in were for the micro model business system and the affiliate dot com system, which were already canceled.
I did find a billing for the affiliate dot com Platinum, which was a one time payment. we'll get this refunded back to you:

Why have I not been refunded!!!!  It has been over a month.  The ticket is unassigned.  What is going on?  I NEEEEEEEDDDDDD the money. Don't you  guys understand?  I am not wealthy!  I need the money NOW!  PLEASE!!!!!

Hi Arlene

All I can do at this point is to tell you again how sorry we are.  Our support desk truly was overwhelmed when the MicroModel Business System launched, and we simply did not have enough staff to handle the backlog.  That is why we hired 4 new staff and trained them as fast as we could.  I was actually handling the training, and also do most refunds.

I hope you will understand and forgive us for this, and we look forward to doing much happier business with you in the future

Why did I have to do this to get a refund?

What I don't understand is that the request for a refund was totally ignored for 6 weeks, however within a few hours of filing this report I received a notice from you Nancy Fahey, when the original request was in your office all the time.

Had I been notified of your backlog of refund requests and that mine would be handled soon, I would have been fine with that.   I may not have been ripped off, but it sure felt that way at the time.
