Mike Gibson, Bill Kann, Both of these men were involved with Comstock Music Festival, Comstock,NE.
Comstock was a scam, they took investors money, with signed contracts for the return on the investment and have yet paid the investors any return on their investment.
Bill Kann, has a long record of not repaying monies borrowed. He took Comstock Music Festival over thinking it would be a get rich quick scam and it has all came back to be just a scam. Mr. Kann continues to make statements that the 2012 festival was a success, but everything Bill Kann has stated up to this point, has been nothing but Lies!
Mike Gibson, is known for his Smooth Talking, Big Idaes, Big Promises and Never Delivering what he promises. He never keeps his promises and always finds a way to get out of them, by using the " Christian" card. Mike Gibson is known for his lies,scams,big promises and again always throwing around the "Christian" card. This guy can not be trusted! Mike also thought Comstock was going to be a get rich quick idea but everything he was hoping for never transpired. All the money that was taken in from investors, Mike was the guy who approached each investor. He was the board member of a church in Dayton,OH., which he scammed the church for $45,000,with NO intentions to repay, he has since filed Chapter 7 here in Ohio.
Mr. Gibson worked for a company (Prestige Coach,LLC.) that he scammed for over $60,000..with NO intentions to repay. Mr. Gibson has operated under several business names, Pro Coach Leasing,LLC., Showtime Entertainment,LLC., Inmotion Promotions. Mike Gibson has found a New Investor and opened up a Bus Sales lot in Nashville, Tennessee under the name of Olymipa Luxury Coaches LLC., just over the Nashville City Limits in LaVergne, TN.
JUST A WARNING!!!!!! EACH OF THESE MEN ABOVE ARE SCAMS,LIARS and will do anything to get money!!

It's a shame that people's lives are so shallow that they have nothing better to do than harrass others. Mike Gibson worked for me at In Motion Promotion for over a year and a half and I never found him to be anything but honest and forthcoming. Mike brought this matter to my attention before he was even hired by me.
We investigated and found all accusations to be false and without merit. As I said Mike worked here for a year and a half and the only reason for his deparure was he moved on to pursue other opportunities. Our company was not structured for the type of operation he needed to support his strengths in the bus industry. I found him to be very knowledgable and passionate about his work which is one of the reasons he was hired.
I wish Mike all the luck.

I would like to make a statement regarding the "proven fact" that Mike Gibson scammed the church. There is no such "proven fact." As a fellow board member of the church with Mike at that time and in order to keep church business private, as it should be, I will make one statement; It was a unanimous decision of the Board and Pastor to make an investment in the amount referenced.
As far as details on the investment, I believe that should remain private, but I will state here that it was not Mike Gibson taking the money from the church in any manner. We (the Board) knew what and where the money was going for. This is evidently a false report on Mike as I know the part about the church is definitely false! Thank you.
