Mike J. Anderson - Advance Cash America (ACS) I got e-mail from Mike J. Anderson, w/ ph#309-832-0136, telling me to pay my loan from Adv.Cash America,or a Warrant of Arrest has been issued against me.Yesterday (02-28-14) my wife said 2 cops came to our door asking where am I? Are they part of this unscrupulous Internet Scam? For GODSAKE this should be put in STOP asap. Abingdon Illinois

 I got an e-mail from Mike J. Anderson, State Attorney's Office, Abingdon, IL 61410, w/phone no.(309)832-0136. Noticeably, he got a Pakistani, or I would say an Indian accent. Telling me to settle my loan from Advance Cash America (ACA). Or else, threatened me to face the worst scenario. As he alleged that I might get arrested soon for Collateral Cheque Fraud & Theft by Deception which I never did.       

 I am a victim of Identity Theft & Internet Fraud, I'm very positive about this. This "unscrupulous scam" must be put in stop. People, we can do it - all together. For GODSAKE, please let us all come-out, and let our voices be heard!!!

i got the same interner scam/format that you got. the only thing different is the place where i got it (abingdon, illinois). Do not be afraid, we need to voice-out that this fraudulent actions shoul be put in stop asap.

Today I received an email from Mike J Anderson listing him as states attorney in Manhattan, NY. The attached arrest notice has a somewhat official looking seal on it as well as a seal at the bottom of the page stating Department of State, United States of America. What type of scam is this?

Mike J. Anderson contacted on the internet with an an attached warrant for my arrest indicating that I have charges filed against me for fraud and theft by deception. I was receiving phone calls from this number and chose to ignore the calls as I do not have any outstanding loans and just recently had monies returned to me when a company contacted me previously to say I owed monies on a outstanding payday loan. The company scared me into paying over $700, I contacted the original loan vendor and the outstanding debt was $50 and I paid the debt and have the paid invoice. The company that used the scare tactics would not provide me with receipt nor would they provide me with any information about the outstanding loan other than the amount. I was able to dispute one of the transactions and it was reveresed as the company could not prove that the debt was valid. Since that time I started getting the phone calls and now this email today about an arrest warrant. Highland Falls NEW YORK

State Attorney's Office Mike J Anderson, Mike Anderson I received an email from the names above threatening me with an arrest warrant for a alleged loan from US Cash Advance that i had allegedly had borrowed on 08/26/11. I knew that this accusation was false. The email had posted a form stating Arrest Warrant. The email stated that my name and social security was sent to them as a means to try and get the money that i had borrowed. There has to be something some one can do to stop illegal harrassment such as this.This same name sent two different emails from two states. Manhattan, Los Angeles, New York, California

Anderson, State Attorney Office of Los Angeles, CA. The email came with a j-peg attachment that read Warrent for your arrest has been authorized and if you do not respond within 48 hours, the action to seek your arrest will be initiated. For the charges below. Violation of National Banking laws, Check Fraud, intention to defraud a bank. They have also found a way to call my cell phone with threats to contact my employer and will not stop until I am arrested and place behind bars. Los Angeles California
