mike j fowler...boats more swindle marine ... FRAUD! Tampa florida

Micheal Fowler aka swindle marine ...moves from city to city leaving his stench, Mike fowler was paid in full to work on my boat, he sold it by making some fake lien title and kept the money. I sued him but he had so many judgements in front of mine it was hopeless for me to recover.

I hired a private detective to find out what I could get him in troble for (payback) guys like Fowler are usually involved in other criminal actvities..My PI discovered Mike had stolen many boats and equipment from customers in miami and moved to Tampa to resell the items. When the police got involved they discovered Mikes kids were the schools biggest drug dealers and Mike was suspected in breaking into and stealing marine engines from a shop he worked for.

There was a rumor going around some angry victims shot up Mikes home and car. When mike reported it to the police it was discovered mike shot up his property in a posible insurance scam. Mikes ex wife claimed she had enough when she caught mike hitting on his sons underaged girlfriend. (rumore) Mike was run out of Tampa.
