THIS IS A HOAX AN EXTORTION ATTEMPT 

This is a hoax and an extortion attempt via emails that will be posted below in retaliation for posted a public document to my Scribd.com account. They have also impersonated me and a case is currently being put together.

you are being given 30 days to post the canceled checks you allegedly paid to me or my company. This would include my signature and the front and back showing it being endorsed and deposited into a bank. Or a bank wire or some form of payment. Feel free to black out your name and address and any relevant account numbers. We know you have no intention of doing this because we have never solicit business by calling someone on the phones. All of our clients are by referrel only.

This publication is nothing more than a libelous report and your day is coming.

This etortion attempt is also be done to the individual who wrote the letter to the California Supreme Court with a false and libelous posting as wel. We know the name and email of the ring leader as she has already admitting to doing this and was willing to remove these if we remove the public letter that was sent to the court.

This was an atttempt to get my name up high in the search engines in order to cost me money, which it isn't.

They have also posted a link to a newspaper article that is unrelated to the report of me taking money from some lady in Tuscon and not doing the work. However, I hadly think it is relevant especailly since the company I was working for and myself were found not-guilty of this misdemeanor.

In addition, I have never been charged or convicted of fraud in any state or federal case.

Again, trying to sensationalize the headline.

They have also stolen my identity and picture and are using it to cause and draw attention elsewhere.

These are also being investigated and there time will come.

First of all, it wasn't federal prison.  It was Texas State Prison.  And it was like 25 years ago in the 1980's I got mixed up with some bad marketing guys and took the fall.  The criminal charges in 1998 by the Nevada Attorney General regarding the laundry widget never went anywhere.  See this article for proof of that:

Admittedly the Judge does say in the article that "I also think this Clean Ring is a con" but he's a judge so what does he know about laundry.  And he didn't convict me and complemented me on my smart lawyers.  And THAT was over a decade ago.

This is a hoax and an extortion and blackmail attempt for publishing a document written by someone else who has also had an attack launched at her at the same time for publishing a document on Scribd.com about her foreclosure. 

I am giving you 20 days to post copies of the front and back of any canceled checks, bank wires or other of these many payments you claim to have paid me or my company.

We will then file a complaint in the proper court in Arizone naming the person repsonsible which by the way we have her name because she already confessed to doing this and DOES 1 - 20. Even if you are hiding behind an anonymous profile we know who you are working with and she can take the heat for all your actions.

Everything else you bring up here is BS and the only issue to address is if you were "ripped off"

If you were real you would disclose who you are and these alleged payments. Since you are not and this is all about trying to smear my name you won't.
