I was invited to partake in a promotion that stated that I had been 'pre-approved' for an auto loan.

I decided to upgrade my vehicle that was paid-off and in good condition. MMT (Mike Miller Toyota)invited me to lease a Toyota 4-Runner. I happily took my new truck home only to be contacted less than a week later that financing was hard to get and that I had the option to bring in more money or return the truck so I choose to return the truck only to find that my car had been sold. At pursuing the matter legally, MMT was ordered to return my initial down payment and report the amount the car was sold for. I did receive my down payment BUT to this day, my car was literally stolen from me and the court records were ordered distroyed. I am a stroke survivor, single mother that deals with the bus system with my 12yr old son. It's terrible they took our car and restitution was never reached. It has caused me great pain that they invited me in to steal from me. I can't seem to get help in getting the wrong-righted? It hurts... deeply.
