Paid $30 for a car wash and wax at Denver International Airport and it was never done. Valet guy agreed with me that car was not even washed. If it was, it was so poorly done that we couldn't tell.

I emailed a complaint to the company asking for a refund or credit and the owner basically called me a liar and said I was banned from his service.

Real professional.
